Welcome to Happy Journey Tourisms. By booking any of our tours or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
  • Confirmation details will be sent via email once your booking is processed.

2. Payments

  • Payments can be made through our secure online payment methods.
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to seasonal demand or supplier changes.
  • All payments are required before the commencement of the tour.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour will receive a partial refund.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Changes & Amendments

  • Tour dates or schedules may be changed due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour with prior notice.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We recommend that all guests have valid travel and medical insurance.
  • Happy Journey Tourisms is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during the tour.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
  • The company will not be liable for any loss or damage of personal items.

7. Health & Safety

  • Guests must follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff.
  • Certain activities may not be suitable for pregnant women, elderly guests, or people with health issues.

8. Liability

  • Happy Journey Tourisms acts only as an agent for transportation and activity providers.
  • We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or damages beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.terms
